After going through three different realtors who ranged from locals to realtors with large metropolitan companies, we were wary of the promises Scott made. We had been on the market for over a year, had a baby due within a month and were growing exhausted with the constant staging and cleaning of our home for showings that sometimes came with only a few hours' notice. But for once, a realtor delivered and that realtor was Scott. He had an offer on our house (our first!) within TWO WEEKS of us hiring him. Closing was scheduled for less than 30 days from the date of offer. He met with us in person to go over the offer and counters that could be made. He is extremely responsive communicating via telephone, text messaging and email. He is kind, gracious and patient.
